yesterday oh yesterday.
was making mayo/ tartare / thousand island sauce.
din know they were like related.
taretare just add tomato ketchup become thousand island.
wow la.

due to the freaking whisk that i had to use
in which the handle was goddam big and fat
my poor hand and arm had to suffer.
well mainly cos im used to using small n light whisks
as for the big ones.
just use a clamp. clamp the bowl to the table .
and use both hands and whisk
howeva sch dont have clamp.
so . suffered?
thn i feel so paiseh lor
chef keep on commin to me and correcting me.

cos im posting for 2 days.
yesterday.
1st day officially at school.
was nearly late.
met adeline at lockers.
so went up to demo class.
well was settleing all those admin stuffs.
was introduced to our mentor.
chef jason koh.
28 yrs experience in industry.
cooool..

were briefed abt a ton of things.
so . ya.
then he gave us a tour arnd the kitchen
and i finally found out whrs solo 1.
its a frigging old/rundown kitchen at a lil corner.
but none the less . interesting.
well
solo 3. its more advanced , but , have glass windows so ppl can see what ya doing.
so , the expectations of cleaniness is ton way higher,

after that ,
went for food class.
mr prabu is our tr.
he did a psychological test on us. the answer qn type.
most of us dont know.
