tired tired me .
yesterday.
was like SHATEC day to me.

why so ?
well..

morning went to their open house!
for well fun?
its like free registration.

so gone thru all the activites .
yay free food ><"
and free crepe suzeite. flombayed.
aka. crepe's on fire.

thn well . eat n eat?
tho my stomach still sick -.-

thn met my pa's/ma's friend there,
the son entering .

thn went home.
and wait till arnd 6pm.
cabb-ed downtown.
to CHARCOAL.
cos well..
i booked 2 seats at there,
to support damien's EC

the food was good.
but my poor stomach was agn tooo tiny.
and somehow , mama loved her fish.
and i loved the appitizer and soup.

WHERE ON EARTH DO I GET DRIED APPLE?
soooo freakingly sweet and cute!.
really adds a nice touch to carrot soup.

well .. trusting my tastebuds.
the chicken sauce , kinda blant .
cos its like white-y creamy kind.
and dont have much of a prominent effect.
like u see ar..
chicken when u poach ? or whateva ,
esp the breast part .
its kinda dry . and plain.
so to make up for the loss of flavour/juices,
i'd recomend a more "pang" kind of sauce , with bigger effects.
and more vibrant colour.
or i'll look like white chicken.
dosent need to be a cream-y sauce.
can be substituted with like ,
smthin simple , yet flavourful.
eg.. ?
onion+mushroom+pepper combo.
tho the outcome will be like more.
brown-y colour.
but the taste of sautte onions will enhance the mushroom,
and pepper will add some " spicyness" to it.
so = one much nicer combo. which will make place for the loss of flavour in the chicken.

mama totally loved her salmon.
she's a fish/tomato freak there.
and loves , oven roasted honey tomato's
with a dash of oregano yeah.

dessert was .
CHOC.
DOUBLE CHOC.
MORE CHOC.

then ,
somehow , saw koh su jin .
u know for CTSS pupils out there,
MISS koh "not really miss"
the MATHS teacher.

somehow , mama's gotta settle some personal stuffs.
so well .. i got the trolley ,
and when she's gone ,
fill it up with whateva nonsense i can find.
well the nonsense must make sense somehow.

mama wants her tomato thing.
so got tomatos. and stuffs.

buss-ed back home.
and wala.

today.
ma/pa's friend commin over for lunch .
so the kitchen is practically rulled by pa.

and ju's walking arnd like nothin to do.
mabe tonight going for bak kut teh.
YAY me!
