had a tired day today .
went to 3 banks.

let me guide you on todays journey.
meet at clementi,
trained to city hall ,
got off at north bridge road.
headed for penninsula plaza.
went 7th floor .
get hidayah's pay check
searched for the 1st bank.
UOB bank
well its only across the road.
i think i know the place le .
its around ,
treasury building ,
funan ,
pennensula plaza./hotel
and raffles city .

so well u guessed it .
after waiting ULTRA long for the bank.
went to find the 2ND bank.
may bank
searched arnd raffles city.
dont have?/cannot find?
thn mrt-ed to jurong east.
found maybank . and
the 3rd bank

so after all 3 BANKS.

well i found smthin interesting :)

tuna steak WITH balsamic terriyaki
cool eh
its basically TUNA ,
lightly seasoned ,
and grilled.
and .
BALSAMIC TERRIYAKI
is .
balsamic vinegar + chicken stock +corn starch+mirin
reduce the balsamic vinegar and chicken stock,
add the mirin.
and cornstarch.

:)

and i found out that.
to make milk choc suitable for tempering ,
melt the choc in a water bath ,
with 40 DEGREES CELSIUS water.

and to temper DARK choc.
melt dark choc in water bath,
with 50 DEGREES CELSIUS water.

thn it will have this nice glossy look

i somehow borrowed ,
